HOW TO ACCESS YOUR MOBILE TICKETS ON YOUR PHONE BEFORE DECEMBER’S SWINGIN’ CHRISTMAS CONCERT AT THE TENNESSEE THEATRE:

From your smartphone, visit www.tennesseetheatre.com

1. From the dropdown menu on the upper right side (three lines), click on the download arrow next to “Events & Tickets” and then select “Account Manager.”

2. From the Account Manager select “Sign In.”

3. Sign in with your Ticketmaster credentials (email address and password used on Ticketmaster).

4. Select “My Events” once signed in.

5. Once tickets load, scroll down to KJO: A Swingin’ Christmas and click “View Event Details.”

6. Under “Tickets” you will see the location of your tickets. Click on one of the location links, which will open a new window with your ticket. If you have more than one ticket, you can slide your finger from right to left, and it will scroll to your additional tickets.

7. OPTIONAL: You have the option to add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your Phone, but that is not required. You can scan your tickets from the Account Manager at the theater.

From your phone, visit www.knoxbijou.org.

1. From the dropdown menu on the right side, click on the download arrow next to “Events” and then select “Ticketmaster Account Manager.”

2. From the Account Manager select “Manage Tickets.”

3. Sign in with your Ticketmaster credentials.

4. Once tickets load, click “View Event Details.”

5. Under “Tickets” you will see the location of your tickets. Click on one of the location links, which will open a new window with your ticket. If you have more than one ticket, you can slide your finger from right to left, and it will scroll to your additional tickets.
